Update!!!
So I have been taking Cellucor N0 Extreme for the past week. My buddy gave we a weeks cycle worth of the fruit punch. I have been taking BSN’s No Xplode for a while now, so I thought I would mix it up and try something new.
I really like this product. It is comparable to No Xplode in every category including focus, vascularity, and energy. The one spot that N0 Extreme excels is in the duration that I feel its effects. I can feel that surge in energy during the course of my entire workout unlike No Xplode whose effects usually die out in about 45 minutes. Even though N0 doesn’t contain as much caffeine as NO Xplode, it does contain beta alanine, which is my new favorite supplement. Beta alanine delays muscle fatigue and allows you to train longer and harder.
I think this is a good supplement to try if you are looking for a new pre workout. So if your on a budget I recommend No Xplode, but if you can some extra cash to spend, I suggest you try out N0 Extreme.
I have not taken Cellucor N0 extreme yet, but I will be trying it out after I have used up all my NO-Xplode. The reason I am righting this review right now is because I have heard great things about it. There is a huge buzz around this product and I am excited to see what results anyone has gotten from it.
My friends have told me that it is the best pre training supplement they have tried and it blows BSN’s product away. The only bad thing however is the price. You get 36 packets for $70 (dosage: 2 packets pre training), but you can use coupons to save a little cash.
I am looking forward to see what results people have gotten using Cellucor N0 Extreme so please write some reviews. I will give it ratings of 3′s across the board until I have tried it.

I was looking at that stuff on bodybuilding.com and debating if i want to buy it because its such a high price. But overall, it seems to be one of the most selling preworkout products out there. Right now i take superpump250 and i have tooken noexplode in the past, and since i have read about this noextreme, i wonder if its any better. let me know how it is and illl see if its worth the buy
Tony,
I just updated the post with my review. Its a great product
i bought the stuff off of bodybuilding.com and i took it before my workout and it worked very good i felt the pump and i was jumping around but the next i was real shakie and my heart was beating really hard and fast i coudnt it to calm down and it make me like that for two days straight so im done taking it now.
Hunter,
Do you normally have adverse side effects to caffeine?
Admin i have a question for you. I am a college football player who is looking at not gaining weight but improve the strength i have now and stay at the same weight. Do you reccommend Cellucor NO extreme or M5 for that? What else do you also know about R3.
I would first ask how are you training? To maintain your weight and just increase raw strength you have to concentrate on compound movements of high intensity and lower rep ranges. Both supplements you speak of have their advantages and disadvantages. If you are not nailing your pre workout nutrition, I would go with M5 because it contains waxy maize which acts as a simple sugar and will give you some immediate energy for your workout. M5 also contains some creatine complexes which will help with increases your strength.
I have also noticed that N0 Extreme gives me energy that lasts quite awhile. Whats the difference between this supplement and M5?
Can i cycle between NO extreme and M5 extreme? Like one month of M5 extreme, 2 weeks off..then use N0 extreme the following month? I would appreciate the feedback.
Hey Caesar,
I don’t really see a reason to cycle between them. Basically they both serve the same purpose: arginine for vasodialation and uppers such as caffeine. Edit: M5 does not contain caffeine!!!! My bad…..
M5 contains Waxy Maize which is a high molecular weight carbohydrate that gets digested quickly resulting in a fast energy source. So if you are training for extended periods, like over an hour, M5 may be your best choice.
NO contains beta alanine, which I am a huge fan of. M5 does not have any, but you can easily get a beta alanine supplement and take that with the M5. So if you are looking for just a pump and not worried about taking fast acting carbs too, NO would be a good choice.
Once you make your decision, its up to you to determine your cycling periods. Something like 4 weeks on and 4 off or 4 on and 2 off would work. Your decision.
Hi, I had a question similar to Caesar P. Since it is recommended that you cycle off of creatine after 8 weeks, and since M5 Extreme is a creatine based product, would it be a good idea to use N0 Extreme, which is just a nitric oxide supplement, during the “off cycles” of M5 Extreme?
John,
You prolly know that M5 still has an arginine complex within it aka NO stuff. But, alternating between the two would be damn expensive. If you have the cash flow, I would say that would be fine. If your like me and want to save money, you could do with a cheaper NO product or go bum style. By bum style I mean something like coffee before training. If you wanted NO too, you can get some arginine pills cheap.
