So what is the best exercise to build dense muscle throughout your whole entire body? You may be surprised by the answer, but its SQUATS.

Squats are the most anabolic exercise you can perform. There have been several scientific studies to back this up. It turns out the the motion of the squat and the wide range of muscle recruitment to perform this exercise,  releases the most growth hormone.

The more growth hormone you have running through your blood stream, the more muscle your body is going to build. So my performing squats, you are actually building more muscle throughout your entire body.

So don’t be one of those guys in the gym that do not train their wheels (legs). By skipping the squat, you are loosing overall muscle mass.
