Superpump 250 has been a long time rival with BSN’s No-Xplode as the most popular pre-workout supplement for many years. I used both products and it is tough to determine which product is better. Not to long ago, I would have definitely chose No-Xplode becuase Superpump did horrible things to my stomach. Five minutes after taking it, I would be heading to the bathroom instead of the gym. Recently Gaspari Nutrition has reformulated Superpump and reduced the amount of magnesium which was causing many people to have digestive problems. Superpump is also the only pre training supplement that I have seen to provide results backed by scientific studies. Here is a short video detailing more about Superpump 250 and those studies mentioned earlier.

I have tried many of the pre-workout NO supplements out of the market today including No-xplode, No Shotgun, and No Vapor. Out of the three, Superpump gives me the the best muscle pump by far. It also gives me a decent amount of energy, which is needed because I have to train at night because of classes all day. The vascularity experienced with this product exceeds that of the others I have used. Over the past few weeks that I have been taking it, I have progressively increased the amount of sets I am able to complete before I am totally exhausted. I have also recorded person bests in the incline bench press and deadlift. However, I am also supplementing with creatine, so I can not fully attribute those strength increases directly to the Superpump.
As far as taste goes, the fruit punch is not that bad. I perfer the No-Xplode fruit punch, but the superpump is fine after a few days. It mixes easily in a shaker and with the new formula, I am not having any stomach problems at all. Overall, I think it is a great product worth trying.
