I mean 1 scoop f hydrobuilder is in post wrkout &amp; Universal animal pack (multivitamins)wid the breakfast  and at the end casein at night....
is that OK or should I change smthing from this process.???
m planning to start Gaspari myofusion instead f Hydrobuilder ...as hydrobuilder is making me bullkyy...
or should i go for 100% Gold standard Whey f ON.....

		<description>I have been using ON Casein as well and you are correct on a few points.  It makes a &quot;thicker&quot; shake and it does tend to give you more of a full feeling versus whey.  It is great for a before bed snack if your feeling hungry.  It helps with getting in your desired level of daily protein in a convenient form.  I like mixing it with ON 100% whey during the day.  I then get the fast digesting properties of whey and the longer, more sustained digestive qualities of casein.  The problem I have with some of your comments is that you state that your body will break down muscles while you sleep at night for an energy source.  That is totally false.  Your body always uses available carbs in your system as the first available resource for energy.  The second is fat.  Granted, their is some debate about the timing of this process, but all nutritionist agree on this.  If you have no available body fat as reserve energy or available carbs in your system, then you start to lose muscle.  That is called starvation!  I don&#039;t think there are many people that will have to worry about going to bed tonight worry about our malnutrioned bodies and losing muscle.
